If you shop at JC Penney and Kohls, you know how great the deals are. Even better is the fact that they mail you $10 off $10 gift cards from time to time. This is good on any purchase, even clearance and sale merchandise. All you need to do is sign up for the JC Penney's HERE or Kohl's HERE emailing list.
There is no rhyme or reason when or whom they mail these to, so use an alternative email address. I haven't shopped at Kohls in forever and keep getting them. My mom, however, shops often and never gets them. Its a great way to snag free clothes, stocking stuffers and smaller gifts for Christmas.
